Step 2 - Payment
The registration fee is $995.00 per person and the fee may be paid by check made out to Sam Kiger and mailed to:

Payment of the registration fee by purchase orders or billing following the course is available for government agencies. Please contact Dr. Kiger to make arrangements.


Course Refund Policy
Refund of registration fee is available upon cancellation notice by the registrant up to 2 weeks prior to the beginning of the course. Late cancelations will be subject to a $50 cancelation fee to cover costs of meals, refreshments and printing costs of course notebooks.
